content or applications offered by Sitecity and the website itself .

website,content and services are expressly subject to these terms of use.
Registration.
In order to register, you
must provide an accurate e-mail address and password. You are responsible for
updating the accuracy of the e-mail address that you provide to Sitecity to be
associated with your Account.
Account Security.
You are solely
responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for keeping your
Account secure. You are not permitted to use another Account without
permission. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or other
unauthorized use of your Account. You should never publish, distribute or post
login information for your Account.
Sitecity does not guarantee the absence of errors nor the
quality of access.
All Content
added, created, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Services by users,
whether publicly posted or privately transmitted , is the sole responsibility
of the user who originated it. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you
using the Services is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for
any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom. When you
delete your User Content, it will be removed from the Services. However, you
understand that certain User Content will remain available and any removed User
Content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will
not following removal be shared with others).
You promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is
prohibited by these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all of your
activity in connection with the Services.
You shall not, and shall not
permit any third party to, either take any action or upload, post, submit or otherwise distribute
or facilitate distribution of any
illegal Content on or through the Service.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell or modify the site and its
applications.
In case of violation of the terms of use Sitecity reserves the
right to revoke at any time the use of the service.
Sitecity reserves the right to modify the website, the content and
the service.

This Privacy Policy describes
the policies and procedures of Sitecity on the collection, use and disclosure
of your information on www.sitecityapp.com and the services, features, content or
applications offered by Sitecity (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). Sitecity
receives information about you from various sources, including: if you register
for the Site and the Services, through your user account with Sitecity (your
“Account”); your use of the Services generally. When you use the Services, you
are consenting to the collection,storage, and other uses of your information as
described in this Privacy Policy.
What information does Sitecity collect?
We collect the following types
of information from our users.
When you
create an Account, you will provide information that could be Personal Information,such
as password and email address. You acknowledge that this information may be
personal to you, and by creating an account on Sitecity and providing Personal
Information to us, you allow others, including Sitecity, to identify you and
therefore may not be anonymous. We may use your contact information to send you
information about our Services, but only rarely when we feel such information
is important.
Sitecity
collects and stores the URL, if you have an Account and are logged in, associates
that information with your Account. Sitecity also collects and stores the time and date on which you add the
original URL and if you chose to share
the URL, information on the channels through which the URL was shared.
Sitecity collects
information about accesses (such as clicks) of every URL created through the
Services. This information includes, but is not limited to: the IP address and physical location of the devices
accessing the URL; the referring websites or services; the time and date of
each access; and information about sharing of the URL on Third Party Services
such as Twitter and Facebook. These metrics and analytics are used by Sitecity
to improve their websites and services by, for example, providing value-added features.

receives and records information from your web browser when you interact with
the Services, including your IP address and cookie information. This information
may be used for to help us understand how users transit a website, to fight
spam/malware, to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with
the Services and for other similar purposes.

visitors to the Site. Sitecity may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as

purposes important to the Services, such as password recovery.

is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is
used. If we make changes in the way we collect or use information, we will
